The 2008 UK Beatbox Championships took place at the O2 Academy Islington in London on 13th June 2008.

The championship was preceded by four qualifying heats held across the UK in Nottingham, Bristol, Leeds and London. The winner and runner-up from each heat earned a place in the Grand Final in London.

After successfully defending his title the previous year, Beardyman chose not to compete in the championship and instead treated the audience to a now-iconic Loopstation showcase performance.

Following a day of intense competition, the championship culminated in a final between MC Zani and Reeps One—a rematch of their encounter at the London Heat, which had taken place earlier that same day. MC Zani emerged victorious to become the 2008 UK Beatbox Champion.
