The 2018 UK Beatbox Championships: Boxcon Weekender took place across two days at the Battersea Arts Centre in London. The Elimination Rounds were held on Friday 26th October, followed by the Finals on Saturday 27th October. The event also expanded beyond the competition itself, introducing a daytime programme of workshops, talks and screenings for competitors and attendees, giving the championships a beatbox festival atmosphere alongside the battles. The 2018 championships were kindly supported by Arts Council England.

The Solo category saw D-Low return in pursuit of reclaiming the title he had lost the previous year. In a highly anticipated rematch of the 2017 final against Frosty, D-Low emerged victorious to regain the championship and become a two-time UK Beatbox Champion.

In the Team category, Kotcha successfully defended their title to become two-time UK Team Champions. Balance also retained his Loopstation title, becoming a two-time UK Loopstation Champion.

With Epos progressing into the Solo category, the Under 18 division once again guaranteed a new champion. Jeddzino emerged victorious to become the 2018 UK Under 18 Champion.
