The 2019 UK Beatbox Championships took place across two days and two London venues. The Elimination Rounds were held at Werkhaus, Café 1001 on Saturday 23rd November, while the Finals took place the following day at The Garage. Continuing the expanded event format introduced in previous years, the Finals also featured a daytime programme of workshops and a live podcast hosted by Killa Kela. The 2019 championships were once again kindly supported by Arts Council England.
The Solo category saw ABH return to the championships in pursuit of the national title. After an unforgettable competition, he faced Bass Ventura in a thrilling final and emerged victorious to become the 2019 UK Beatbox Champion.
In the Team category, A-Cloud finally achieved championship success after several years of competing, claiming their first UK Team Championship title. Elsewhere, Frosty was crowned the 2019 UK Loopstation Champion.
The Under 18 category continued to showcase the next generation of UK beatbox talent, further cementing its place as an important pathway within the championships.
