The 2008 UK Beatbox Championships took place at 02 Academy Islington, London on 13th June 2008. 

The event was accompanied by 4 heats across the UK in Nottingham, Bristol, Leeds and London. The winner and runner up from each of these heats received a place in the grand final in London.

This year Beardyman did not defend his title but instead performed an iconic Loopstation showcase. After some heated battles it ended with the final (which was essentially the rematch from the London Heat) with MC Zani beating Reeps One to become the 2008 UK Beatbox Champion.
